Who needs Cronuts when you can have Bacon Egg Cupcakes

Forget the cronut – someone put this on the menu! Then again, having this available every morning via drive through window could be dangerous. There are many variations on this recipe but here’s my quick breakdown:

- make pancake batter

- pour into cupcake paper that’s been placed into the cupcake tin

- bake

- make eggs and bacon

- place one cooked egg on top of each cup cake

- Bacon options: crumble into bacon sprinkles, stick it in the middle like a birthday candle, use in place of cupcake foil when cooking.
