Through March 2, 2014, the Southern California specialty coffee and tea retailer makes it mark with a new category of espresso-based beverages in Caramel, Vanilla Bean, and Dark Chocolate

Kicking off the New Year on a high note, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® introduces Latte Macchiatos, the company’s latest line of espresso-based beverages. Available through March 2, 2014 in participating locations nationwide, customers can enjoy three varieties of the new beverage: Caramel, Vanilla Bean, and Dark Chocolate. A twist on the classic Latte Macchiato—“stained milk” or “marked milk” in Italian—The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Latte Macchiato is comprised of whole milk and the choice of caramel, vanilla bean, or dark chocolate sauce, topped with foam and a drizzle of sauce. A shot of espresso is then poured over the top to “mark” the beverage.

To celebrate the new beverages, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® will host Latte Macchiato Mondays on January 13, 20, and 27. Customers are invited to try any small Latte Macchiato for $2 on Latte Macchiato Mondays after 10 a.m. at participating locations.
