Crossroads Hosts All-star Chefs For Sunday Supper Series


Lauded chefs Art Smith, Ricardo Zarate, Adam Fleischman and Theo Schoenegger, among others, will take over the Crossroads kitchen for an inspiring Sunday Supper series

WHAT:           Critically acclaimed neighborhood hotspot Crossroads announces the launch of their Sunday Suppers series starting Sunday, December 8, 2013, kicking off with Executive Chef Scot Jones who will create his own Italian-themed menu inspired by his family roots and culinary ties to Italian cooking. The series will also feature celebrated visiting chefs from around the country as well as prominent local chefs, each showcasing a distinctly themed Sunday dining experience. Starting on December 15, 2013, renowned celebrity chef Art Smith (Top Chef Masters, Iron Chef America), recognized for his expertise in southern cuisine, will drop-in to cook with Chef/Co-Owner Tal Ronnen, crafting a four to five course prix-fixe vegan interpretation of classic soul food flavors and dishes.

Featured chefs scheduled to participate as part of this savory series include, Theo Schoenegger of Forbes Four Star award-winning restaurant Sinatra in the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, on February 16, 2014; Adam Fleischman of the Umami Burger empire on February 23, 2014; as well as Ricardo Zarate (Paiche, Picca, Mo-Chica and 2011 Food and Wine Best New Chef) who will serve up a Japanese/Peruvian inspired menu on March 2, 2014, among other prominent chefs to be announced.

Guests taking advantage of these Sunday exclusive menus, will be able to savor cocktails from renowned mixologist Jeremy Lake, wine pairing suggestions from the knowledgeable staff, or indulge with a vegan dessert from Executive Pastry Chef Serafina Magnussen.
