In what’s being hailed as the “future of food shows,” US Foods is proud to invite the restaurant industry and its service providers to the Food Fanatics Live event, taking place October 23rd in Costa Mesa.

The event, which offers a culinary expo, product demonstrations, business clinics, and a seminar on new trends provides activities and information for everyone in the industry. A “Food Fanatics Forum” promises to provide a seminar session on trends and business success.

The two-round elimination tournament features LA-area chefs competing for tickets to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado. Judges include Tara Thomas, owner and head chef of Traxx Restaurant, and Rahm Fama, host of the Food Network series “Meat and Potatoes.”

The event will take place in buildings 10 and 12 of the Orange County Fairgrounds.
