Grilled Lamb Sliders with Mint Yogurt

This is a wonderful recipe, but if you’re not in the mood to cook you can find an equally delicious lamb burger at West 4th and Jane.

  • 2 pounds ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch each of kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1/3 cup mint leaves
  • 30 mini slider buns
