IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ – Following the launch of the new breakfast menu on September 9, Mimi’s Cafe announced today the debut of its completely reimagined lunch and dinner menus, featuring time-honored French-inspired bistro fare and updated classic American comfort food. The new menus promise a return to Mimi’s classic French roots, featuring beloved dishes found in neighborhood cafes throughout France including Coq Au Vin, Bouillabaisse, and Sole Meuniere, among others.

Under the leadership of Mimi’s Cafe President Phil Costner, (a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America), Katie Sutton, Mimi’s Executive Chef (and a graduate of the French Culinary Institute) drove the culinary innovation for the new menus.
